Charge HR stopped syncing with App

Hi there, the last sync was over 20hrs ago between my Charge HR and Fitbit app on my Android Phone.

I've tried charging the tracker and reinstalling the fitbit app. I've tried manual syncing in the app (draggig down desktop screen and clicking on the tracker I want to sync) but none of these have worked. I've tried several times all day long and have all-day sync turned on as well. What else would you try? PS. I do not have a computer to sync that way.

I have the exact same problem with my Charge HR. I am using an iPhone SE with iOS 11 and the latest app update. It syncs halfway and stays there for 30 min or longer.

I tried all all the suggestions on the site-restarting the phone, resetting the charger, no change.

My Charge HR just started doing the same and synced last 21 hours ago with my Android phone. I tried clearing the app cache, even uninstalling and rebooting the phone, rebooting the Charge HR, and even installed the app on my Android tablet (new install). With neither device could I re-add my Fitbit (kept timing out after putting the 4 digit code in).

Hi, I have the same problem with Alta HR syncing. I have tried all suggestions on the help site. Will have to log on customer support, might get an answer in a few days! Might be worth trying to revert back to the previous version as suggested by another user.
