I have checked for updates, fitbit is fully charged, even restarted phone and it will not pair, it get to where you type in the number on the phone and then it just spins forever.

Mine is the same. I've tried everything. It doesn't even show up when scan. The odd time it does then says it been  rejected when try and pair.
