I only have one phone, a Samsung Note 8, and a Versa but I get this message. Why do I get it?

Did you use a different phone at some time? That could be why this is happening. My question in this case would be, when are you getting this message?

Thanks for bringing this up. I have follow up question. Was your phone owned by someone else before you or did you purchase it brand new? 

 

In the meantime, could you take a screen shot of the error message and then post it here as a reply? That'd be very helpful.
