I had a Fitbit before, stopped connecting to my phone after my daughter lost it for 2 months. My warranty was still good. Got a new one. I've done every single step in every single help forum and my Fitbit STILL won't connect to my Samsung Galaxy S6. Every step. I get two different messages: 1. The charge rejected to pair, 2. Can't communicate with charge hr. Im about to give up!!

Sorry about Charge HR. Good thing is that you got yourself a replacement to keep working on your health goals. I'd like to know if you have tried the restart on your Charge 2. Also, reboot your Bluetooth and try again. But if you keep receiving the same error, please contact Support, so they can further investigate and give you the next step if this is not resolved.
