I have had my blaze since the day it came out, and I let it die one time, when I turned it back on a few days later the date and time were wrong. I stupidly disconnected my device from my app because I couldn't seem to change the date. Now it won't connect. Keeps searching and not finding it, then it will pop up and say 1. keep your blaze nearby- which it is. 2. Enable bluetooth-its always on, and i have restarted it multiple times. 3. Make sure you have internet connection-well i do. 4. make sure battery is charged-and it is. What can I do?

Hey there, @Mandiekae! Welcome to the Family!  Sorry about what happened to your Blaze that day. It sounds like if your Blaze is having hardware issues. Have you tried the restart on your Blaze? You can try that once or twice. Clean up the contacts of your Blaze and of the charger too and make sure that is charging. After that you can give it try these steps:

  1. Restart your Blaze
  2. Rebooth Bluetooth and if the Fitbit Blaze looks as connected, forget the device
  3. Open Fitbit App > Account > Tan on Blaze > Tap on the trash can so you can delete it from the App too
  4. Reboot the Fitbit App and make sure is up today
  5. Open the Fitbit App again > Account and try to set up the Blaze back on your account

If that doesn't work, please contact customer support, so they can further investigate. Smiley Embarassed

Hope this helps, have a great day! Smiley Very Happy
