Hello @Autumneh, good to see you in our Community as a new member. If your tracker is not completing the set up process despite you have tried to restarting the bluetooth, make sure the Fitbit app is compatible with your mobile device by checking http://www.fitbit.com/devices.
If it is, I recommend to try the following recommendations:
- Turn your tracker off and back on using the instructions of the following post.
- Try the setup process again. In which case this video will be helpful.
- If you can't set up after a restart, reboot your mobile device (turn it off and then back on).
- Try setting up your tracker again.
- If you can't set up after the reboot, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app.
If the issue persists please let me know. I'll be around.

Switch off Wifi, only use mobile data. I had similar problems with the firmware update for my blaze. After I switched off Wifi and used only mobile data (4G) the update could be started.
