@Janjan1961, could you provide a little more information, such as what phone you have, where in the setup procedure you are, etc.?

I have a samsung galaxy 4 i have already done setup sometimes when i check my phone it says no tracker found

I am having the same problem.  Wife got us Tiles for tracking our keys that uses BT.  Put app for tiles on the phone (Galaxy S6) and then had problems with FB app not finding tracker.  Restart phone, can find tracker.  After a while, cannot find tracker.  Took Tile app off of phone and that fixed it, but would like to use both.  Thanks
