My fitbit won't auto sync or sync at all right now. It gives me a little red circle with an exclamation mark and won't update anything.

Hey @Sleepygirl222, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Smiley Happy Let me give you a few tips in order to make your Charge HR sync. First of all, try to restart your Charge HR. If that doesn't work, you can also look for Fitbit app updates, as you can see on this post. If after try those steps, your tracker still not syncing, take a look of this post which has instructions to fix syncing issues with Android devices.

Let me know if that works!

Thank-you. How do you re start the charge HR. I wasn't aware you could do
that. I've been turning the Bluetooth off and on and sometimes that works.
It sometimes takes a dozen times

Thanks for getting back to me @Sleepygirl222! Yes, for syncing issues, a restart could fix them. Also restart the Bluetooth on your phone and reboot your phone as well.  So in order to restart your tracker, please try the following steps:

1. Plug your charging cable into the USB port and insert the other end into the port on the back of your Charge HR. Your tracker will begin charging.
2. Press and hold the button for 10 to 12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and a version number (e.g. "V122").
3. Let go of the button.
4. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

Let me know if that works!
