Charge hr and zip will not sync with my Huawei P9

Hi,

 

I've been a fitbit user for 14 months and own Charge HR and Zip.

 

I have today tried to sync my devices with my smartphone - HUAWEI P9 and it says that they will not sync and the two fitbit devices have disappeared from my dashboard. Any suggestions?

Sadly, @Psps2519, I don't see your Huawei P9 listed as a supported device. This is where I checked. Since you were previously able to sync your devices, you should contact Fitbit Support.
