I've been having problems ever since updating the fitbit app on my note 5. My tracker won't sync and the app can't even find my tracker. I get a tracker can't be found or can't connect to fitbit message. Please help.

Restarting the tracker works but i have to keep doing it every once in a while. This also applies to my computer.  😞 it's an inconvenience but I'm making it work 🙂

Thanks for the update my friend @SandishmilyCat WinkHave you checked your Bluetooth and Internet connection are working correctly? If they're, I'd suggest you uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit App and then try syncing your tracker one more time.

Hope this helps, let me know if it works! Man Happy

I am having the same issue as well. I have uninstalled the app and even went as far as doing a factory reset on my fitbit. My computer and cell phone can not find my fitbit. This started after I did the update as well. I also have a coworker having the same issue.

@MeylinP I'm a little scared of losing data if i uninstall. Sounds like it doesn't really solve the issue though, as noted by @Rhein5522. So far just restarting my fitbit when it happens works but I'm thinking it must be some kind of glitch in the update, as i never had any problems before. Hopefully they can figure it out and create a fix for it. Until then i will just keep restarting as long as that works. Thanks for all your help @MeylinP 😊

Thanks @Rhein5522 that will be a last resort for me then. Not fond of the idea of losing everything that I've done over the past year 😞
