Charge hr not connecting

Hey guys so I got the new galaxy s6
Ive tried all the trouble shooting but it won't let me connect to bluetooth... I'm getting frustrated it says on the app that's it synced but the time has entered changed on my fitbit??? I don't get it!!! Someone help!!!!!

@Brittnieeboo I recommend restarting the Charge HR and then giving this setup flow a try. Let me know if you get stuck at any specific point in the process or are able to complete the setup.

So I did the reset aswell and setting it from again on my s6 & still no luck =(
