Charge hr not syncing with s5

My fitbit app has not synced with my fit bit since yesterday. Is there something wrong with the app?

@Samantha5136 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! That is strange! I recommend the following:

 

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Reboot your phone.
  • Log back in to the app.

If still not syncing; try these syncing troubleshooting steps found on this syncing master post. Just search for the platform you are using (Android) within the post.
