Will not connect to my android or my daughters. My phone will connect to her fitbit. Spent an hour on line with u r service last night to no avail. I believe the fitbit is defective.

@Harls2, make sure your daughter's phone is either out of range, or has Bluetooth turned off while trying to connect your tracker to your phone. If your tracker is connected to her phone, it won't be able to connect to yours.

I spent an hour with fitbit chat line last night. They said we'll send you an email. It was no more than what's on their web site. In other words, they couldn't fix it either.
To answer your question, our daughter could not connect to my tracker either.
I think this one is history. Especially when I read other on line comments.

Started working on its own. I suspect it's something their website did.
