Fit not syncing

Hi, my fitbit didn't sync for a few days. I have resynced it now and it's fine, but it won't recognise any steps for a two week period in October. I was using it during this time. What can I do to rectify? Thanks.

I don't think you'll be able to do anything about this. Once the data has been synced from the fitbit to the servers it is removed from the fitbit so it will now be gone.

 

Also, note that fitbits only have enough memory to hold detailed data for up to a week between syncs.

Like @SteveH mentioned, if you have already synced there isn't much that could be done for those steps to show up once again. What you could do is to manually log walking activities for those days so that you have the steps there for your personal records.
