Just bought my charge hr off amazon. Everything working other then the heart rate! Ive tried all the steps! Nothing is working!???

Hi @Stephaniedeterm. Did you buy this new from a retail seller? Or did you possibly buy it used from an individual or smaller, independent business? Did your Charge HR come sealed in the original packaging?  

 

You’ve probably done this already but open the Fitbit app on your phone. Open settings then go to Heart rate. Your choices should be On, Auto and off. (Tap here for more detail.). Set your Charge HR to On or Auto and that should do it.

 

If this does not do it, contact your seller. It almost sounds like you received an older model Charge that does not have the HR feature.

Thank i have set up a return and bought another modle. Hopfully ill have a better result

Thanks for the quick response, @Stephaniedeterm! Please let us know how it goes. I rely on my Fitbit devices to keep me motivated to walk, walk, walk! I also enjoy the challenges. You may also find them to be fun.
