I just got back from a 30min walk and had set up Fitbit through my phone to track my walk. It's starts fine but at the end when I click finish it doesn't save the trip. It tracks throughout the walk but doesn't save......is it just mine or do others have this problem too?

I'm very sorry to hear you're having problems with your Fitbit app not recording your workouts correctly 😕

 

I'd like to know... when you hit Finish, do you get any type of error message saying that it couldn't save your walk/run/hike or it just finishes the activity but doesn't save anything?

 

In the meantime, I'd recommend making sure you've updated the  Fitbit app to the latest version and also try to log out of the Fitbit app and try to log back in and see if this makes any difference.
