Charge not syncing to cloud

Since the app update to iphone and android last week, my data is not being synced to fitibits website.  I have to either retart the charge and/or restart the iphone for it to sync to the cloud (one time). After that it will sync to the phone but the data never maskes it to the cloud. I get a "connected" status and sunced yesterday, @ whatever time I happened to reboot/restart. The android app was updated again this week and now my fitbit won't sync with my android phone (Galaxy S6) at all. I'm forced to use my work phone to get the data. This is very frustrating since I am very active and have only had this for less than 4 months (1,226,545 steps).  This isn't the first time that I have syncing issues either.....

Since it started with a update to the app, moved this thread from the Charge to the Android App section to increase the chance of getting a solution.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @mrboingo, hope you're doing great!

I'd recommend following these troubleshooting steps to fix the syncing issue, try those with your Android device and let me know if afterwards your Charge starts syncing fine with your other devices.

Thanks for keeping the Community organized @SunsetRunner!
