Charge will not sync with new dashboard

My charge will not sync. I have tried uninstalling. Turning off bluetooth..

 

Says its "looking"   .. No luck.

Do you have Location Services enabled, @LP59?  You may also was to check your Fitbit app settings to make sure "Enable Notifications Widget" is turned on - I don't know that this is required, but I have found that mine won't sync unless I turn it on.

I ended up calling Customer Support. we did a reset which involved hooking
charging cable. it worked
