Fitbit doesn't sync, dashboard doesn't show sleep log or steps

My fitbit stopped working as it should 20161117... It doesn't show sleep log, or my steps, can't even sen the sync "button"... I have tried everything to fix it on my own by restarting etc....
What to do?? Anyone that has any advice....?
It sucks that I can't use it, can't compete with friends either...
Please fitbit fix it for us who are using Android phones, friends that have Apple doesn't seem to have the same problems

Hello @Sirpiz, welcome aboard to our Fitbit Community. If your tracker is not syncing it might be the reason you are not able to see steps or your sleep log. I recommend to take a look at this post for additional help in order to address the syncing issues.
