Has anyone had an issue with the charge syncing to their phone? I went to sync it earlier after a workout and the display would not come on. I did not get a notification that it was low battery but connected anyway for a few hours to charge. That worked but now it still does not sync with my app and now it is showing that my fit bit has no battery?? I have restarted the phone, turned bluetooth off and did the "hold button down on fitbit while plugged in" thing as well. Anyone have similar issues? IS my fitbit about to die?
Best AnswerHaving that problem. I've trued uninstalling & reinstalling the app. I've unpaired my Charge 2 and now my phine can't find my Charge 2. I saw that someone did a factory reset. I'm guessing on their phone, but I'd rather not go that far.

Best AnswerThanjs so much!! I actually just did a restart so I didn't lose my information. It was simple. Put your Charge 2 into the charger. Press and hold the side button for about 4 seconds. Feel the fitbit vibrate and the screen turn to the FitBit symbol. And you're golden!!
Best AnswerApparently there is nothing that can be done. it has now started to make clicking noises. I had it a year and a half though so...
