Track Exercise not saving - Android Version 2.52 (2193138)

I have used the track exercise in the past. In fact, the last time I used it was in February. A few days ago, I used it for a walk. It showed me all the stats and path at the end, but it did not appear to "save" it. All that shows when I hit "Track Exercise" are my walks from February. I thought it might be a fluke so I used it again for my walk today. Again, it showed me all the stats but now it is gone. =(

I tried rebooting my phone (Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge) but that did not fix anything.

 

Any way to fix this?

I'm also having the same problem. Now, code, I don't know about your situation, but my issue seems to have started after I updated the firmware on the Fitbit Flex 2 I have. Before I updated it, it would allow me to save the activity without any problems. Now the save button does not show up. Luckily, I've been saving my activities via a screenshot, but I'm hoping this can get resolved quickly
