Charge2 Overcounting Activity

I have a Samsung A3 2017 and a charge 2.

The distances logged during my runs were way out all of last week.

I had this this problem once before (Logging 40km in 36minutes), but I thought it was just a blip.

My Charge2 still counts my steps and other stats, but this distance issue is incredibly frustrating.

So much so, that this week I've been using MapMyRun.

I did check on the forum and it seems many people are having similar issues, and for sone years on and off. one fitbit expert even admitted that they'd simply given up with tracking on Fitbit.

When will this problem be fixed..properly?

Thanks for bringing this up. 

Our team is well aware of this situation with the Charge 2 and it is being looked into. While we do not have any news about it right now, we'll be sure to let everyone know the moment we have anything.

For the time being, I'd say that using MapMyRun is a great workaround for the situation.
