my charge 2 is not connecting to my moto g3 mobile it goes till pairing I enter the 4 digit pin in fitbit app after that it does not connect is their any solution for this...? Please some one help me out

Hey @Moosa1997, let me give you a warm welcome to the forums! Ok, first of all, in order to complete the setup process of your Charge 2, you have to make sure that it is fully charged. If so, remember that the Moto G3 isn't on the compatible devices list so even if you get to the part where you have to enter the 4 digit pin, I can't guarantee that you'll be able to pair your Fitbit, however you can try. So perform a restart of your Charge 2, then reboot the Bluetooth on your phone, reboot your phone and then try to pair your tracker again.
If that doesn't work, if you have another compatible device or a computer, please use it in order to setup your Charge 2.
