How do I wipe out my personal data from the charge 2. I am selling it and don't want any od my data in there? I use android phone and ibm computer. Thanks!

There isn't a factory reset option for the Charge 2.

 

However, this should not be an issue. All of your personal data is held on the fitbit servers rather than the fitbit. All that will be on the Charge 2 is the tracking data (steps etc) since the last sync.

 

Anyone creating an account using your Charge 2 will have no access to any of your data.

Hoe do we remove the steps and data? I have set up a second hand devide and now theres data getting synced to my account which is not my data. States I've done 150000 steps & earned badges when I have not.
