Suddenly today my tracker can't be found. Did all the troubleshooting and now it will only sync if I charge it and do a restart.

Got the charge2 for Christmas would it be under a warranty

The warranty runs for 2 years in Europe and 1 year outside of Europe so you will still be covered. You can contact customer support via this link:
