I have had the fitbit Charge 3 for one week and the face is frozen and the green light is constantly on. I tried deleting the app on my phone and unpaired it from my phone. Tried to hold button on the side but nothing is working. Any suggestions? In really annoyed that it is less than a week old and already having problems.

Hi, @Sgiel! Have you tried restarting the tracker itself?

Mine has frozen up twice in the first week that I’ve had it. Extremely frustrating to pay this much for something and it doesn’t work. I haven’t been able to get complete data due to having this issue. Is Fitbit aware of the problem and are they working towards a solution? If not, then I will have to return my tracker.
