Charge5 not receiving notifications

My new Charge 5 is All set up correctly? But not receiving texts and message notifications. When doing exercise all the options work and it vibrates so don't know what I have done wrong. any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Thanks MegaBite, sorry i didnt get back to you, the charge 5 did pick up and start showing notifications, but i still prefer my inspire 2, which also isnt picking up notifications..grrr
