How long have you had it on charge? According to the following help file, a fully depleted battery can be on charge for 30 minutes before it shows sign of life: Help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Yesterday, I got an error message when I put my Versa on the charger, told me that the Versa was not charging properly.  Then it continued to drain and each time I connected it to the charger I got the same message.  I left it on the charger hoping it would fix itself.  But over time, it lost all charge and is now black screen and does not respond when I put it on the charger.  Basically, my Versa is bricked now.....

Please help me!
