Hi, my experia battery had gone so bad I got myself a huawei Nova 2i, and my charge 2 not able to sync with it. Now only can sync with my Dell laptop. Help!

I experience that too. Either cannot detect or not synchonizing. Please help

Normally people change handphone every 2 years. Now 2018, most 2016's
handphone will be replaced soon. Fitbit needs to get their app sort
out/update.

My surge worked fine with my new nova 2i phone.   Decided to *upgrade* to an ionic and nothing works.   My partner has a Huawei p9 and an ionic and that works great.  Need a fix for nova 2i phone

I bought the Nova 2i assuming it was a smartphone and would be compatible with many of the major apps... Looks like fitbit is not prioritising this demographic of its clients.
