Hi, my charge 2 will not sync, and hasn't since the 28th of June. It will not sync in the app on my J3 (partner has a J3 his works fine) if I attach it to the pc it says it can't find the device it is physically attached to by a wire... it is less than 8 months old so am really getting riled now... please can someone help me?!??!

I'm sorry to hear about the syncing issues you experienced with your Fitbit Charge 2. I've just verified that the Samsung Galaxy J3 is not part of the list of compatible devices. The devices on this list have been confirmed as fully compatible with all features of Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app. For more information about compatibility please visit this article.
While a phone or tablet may not be verified as fully compatible, the Fitbit app may still work with your device as your partner's case, but keep in mind that we can't guarantee syncing and other Fitbit features.
If you haven't done it already, please follow our troubleshooting steps to resolve syncing issues.
