Cheering friends still not working properly / Cannot send Friend Request - Fitbit Android App

Hi. The cheering still isn’t working for me. I try to add people but i don’t think it goes through as well.

@abby_abby Nice to see you again here in the forums. Thanks for the explanation. Do you mean cheering them directly from your Friend´s list or cheering a post in the community feed on the Fitbit App? When I cheer a friend from the leaderboard, nothing else is shown. They will only receive a notifications that I cheered them. Now on the posts in the community feed you do see a button that will be colored after you cheer. Is that what you mean? 

Given that you have already tried on different smartphones, it could be related to the internet connection? The app may not be sending the "cheer" to our server, therefore it does not save? I´m just guessing. Would you be so kind to try with another internet source/network? Thanks in advance.

Hi. Thanks for that. I cheer from a community and it will say I cheered but when i go back to it, it's uncheered. Even if I go to the person's profile to cheer for that post, still doesn't go through. I have attached some pics. I'm also having issues adding new friends. It says friend request sent but some say didn't get any.
