When installing the new Clock Face 'SpO2 Signature', the installation process does not finish. As a result, the installation of this new Clock Face failed, as shown in the picture (Android App with latest version and Ionic with latest firmware).

Solution to own report: On Sep 9, this Clock face was available from the App. Installing it from the App instead of the given url link leads to a successful installation.

I am not able to find it when I search for it in All Clocks, only from the URL does it let me download it. However I have the same issue as everyone else, click the link in the URL and it opens in the Fitbit App and then will NEVER install.

Search doesn’t work as I expect all the time. I tried searching for a named clock face I could see in the store - nothing. Sometimes it will find one.
I too have endless failing install via link, can’t find I store.

I'm having the same issues, can't install on Versa 2 from Moto Edge+. I can only find the clock face from the URL's like everyone else, not within the app. I am running the latest firmware and app version.

Same here. Cannot find on search. Asks for permissions then just infinite loading. Restarted phone and Fitbit, attempted while phone and ionic both charging.

I have the same issue and cannot complete the clockface down load on my Ionic. I've tried both the link and the app, neither worked.

Hello @Fra_64 ,
I am not able to find it by searching with keyword SpO2, Signature or buy scrolling through the STATS selections of watch faces. Only through the link listed on website. Can you let us know steps you used to find it on APP? Is there possibly a different 'keyword'?
I am using a FitBit IONIC on a Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G.
Thank you,
~Jp

Same issue. So sick of this. I've owned multiple Fitbit devices. All ducked with fairly fundamental flaws. None lasted past a year. Versa, Ionics. I'm so done. When my versa 2 dies, so does my fitbit life Garmin has issues and is pricey but my Fenix watch is superior as an athletic device. I'll look for something simple for sleep monitoring F Fitbit

Agree. It downloads forever. I had clicked done and it was checked in my clock faces and was switching then went back to downloading. Versa 2 Samsung 10e

I hope someone from Fitbit responds. Seems most are having this issue. Sort of makes me wonder how it has a rating of 4.2. I wonder what device they are using.

I've tried for now 3 days to install, first as I couldn't find it within the app, search resulted in nothing. Tried install from the url via fitbit website, nothing. Tried installing using a VPN accessing from UK, nothing, tried Canada nothing. Tonight I found the clockface next to other clockface within app, first time its appeared there, nothing. I turned off bluetooth, restarted both my Galaxy S20 5g and my Versa 2, turned bt back on then tried AGAIN to install. Nothing. I'm beginning to think Fitbit is simply torturing us.
UPDATE Sept. 13, 2020
Well the clockface has appeared on my list "My Clock face" but when i attempt to install it nothing, the little red download line just keeps moving and nothing else happens. The SpO2 Signature appeared under my clock face two days ago and the first night I left my versa 2 and S20 5g on charge for about three (3) hours and still nothing. Trying again today: attempt to install after an hour restart both devices then try again.
Interesting note about my Versa 2, my current one is a replacement from Fitbit as my original (only eight (8) months old) was locked, I attempted to get it unlocked but, even with Tech support, it wouldnt unlock so they sent me a new one which is what Im attempting to install the SpO2 clock face on).
Question for Fitbit? What's the point of having a clock face available if we're not able to install it? Aren't you, collectively, putting the software through the screening process ensuring that it works when it becomes available? You're making current Fitbit users sour on your devices if you can't even work out the kinks first, as well as putting off future users.
