Clock Face SpO2 Signature does not install (Ionic)

When installing the new Clock Face 'SpO2 Signature', the installation process does not finish. As a result, the installation of this new Clock Face failed, as shown in the picture (Android App with latest version and Ionic with latest firmware).

I am also not able to load to Versa 2 from Samsung s20 update phone and versa2. Does not come up in the clock face library in the app.

Mon avis personnel : fit bit à annoncé qu au démarrage ce cadran tant attendu ne sera pas disponible sur tous les marcher histoire de le tester.. et avoir un très back..mais vue le nombre important des utilisateurs assoiffés d utiliser le capteur SPO2 depuis presque plus de 3 ans inactif...je pense que fit bit à stopper son téléchargement ou du moins elle l'a modéré....

Back to the initial report: from the known link https://gallery.fitbit.com/details/fadb02f3-5d1b-4588-a05c-e6a9db74bf7a there is no possibility to install the Clock Face. Instead, once the Clock Face appears in the Clock Face list in the App, the installation finishes eventually. Odd that the link does not work. Remark: despite the Clock Face is not installed by applying the URL link, it needs to be deleted from the installed Clock Faces list.

I guess that the coming days, the spO2 clock face will be added to the Clock Face list in your App, as it was in my case added on Sep. 9.

Successfully from the list of Clock Faces in the App. Hopefully, the clock face will be available soon in your App (in my case Sep 9)

FWIW- mine is a warranty swap as well and I also can't install it.

to all on this thread the Appfinally showed up on the all apps for the versa 2 today. Took literally about 15 seconds and walla.

I was also able to install it using a VPN, but after some time the face is uninstalled automatically. The face is still in the Ionic, but you need to download it again. 

Also the main face never gave me the SpO2 result, because when I woke up, as soon as I turned on the cell, the face was uninstalled automatically.

Same. I can't install clock face. It fails everytime. Also can't search for it in app store

Guys, read the instruction .... it is not available in your region yet.   I had a chance to travel due to company needs   in Uk i was able to install and sync.  When back to Malaysia, it was gone.
