Just got the Ionic and was trying to add apps and change the clock face. Whenever I tried to access a specific clock face or app it would remain stuck on the loading circle.
Tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it and using my laptop but nothing changed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have an Inspire HR that I dug out of a drawer after about a year of not using it (purchased May 2019). I reinstalled the app on my phone and installed the firmware update.
However the app wouldn't load details of the apps nor let me change the clock face.
After trawling the boards and help topics...
So my phone won't support an OS beyond Android 6.0.1 (the manufactuer decided it wouldn't roll out the update to 7.0 and beyond to this model) which is why the latest Android App won't work fully.
I run Windows 7 on my laptop so Fitbit Connect is totally out of the question (if it even was available anymore, which it isn't).
There is no other device with higher OS systems available for me to use to synch it with, so don't bother suggesting it.
I've deleted the latest version of the Fitbit App and installed version 2.88
I've factory reset the Inspire HR to roll back the firmware update
The app still will not load details of the apps on the fitbit, or change the clockface. What else can I possibly try?
I'm this close to chucking this product in the bin as an outdated complete waste of time.

This was no help for me, because I did this like three times and it still did not work.

same issue on iphone
Uninstalled / Installed app, still no ability to change face.
...of interest is the device constantly says looking under the Alta icon, even though it shows all the data like steps and battery life associated with the Alta

For me the solution was....
I selected +Setup Up a Device
answered yes to question do you want to replace this device, and went through the install. All works now.

My setup: iPhone with latest ios and Fitbit Charge 2.
Problem: Fitbit app shows blank page under settings Clock Face.
Reinstall - restart and whatever - Still no ckockface in app.
Finally I found a workaround to change the Clock Face.
1) Go to fitbit.com and login to your dashboard.
2) Click til settings icon (gear) in the upper right corner
3) Select your device and than you can change the clock face under Clock Display.
4) resync your device from Fitbit app and vola - new clock face

Got so happy when reading this as I thought that maybe I am saved! Alas... I cannot find any setting for Clock Display on my Fitbit account settings in the browser....

Hi,
I have an iPhone 7 on iOS 14.4.2 and have fully updated my app, iPhone and Charge 2 watch. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled my app. However, despite all this, I am still unable to view watch faces. The screen looks blank where I should be able to view them. I'm also trying to get the time into 24 hour mode but I'm guessing this is accessed via the watch face part of the app.
Very disappointing as I didn't get much use out of it when I originally bought it but I'm now getting back into fitness and would find this feature very useful.
Please keep me updated on any fixes.
Thanks.

Hi Fromage9747
Your Charge 2 watch has to be paired with Fitbit app on your phone before my workarond could be used.
Otherwise there will not be shown any device in dashboard settings.
When you have logged in and then clicked the gear icon and selected Settings, then in the left collum
you see from top: Your Name - Devices - Settings and so on.
Your Charge 2 shuld be listed under Devices, so just click on it.
Then you would see all the device settings: Silent alarms, Reminders to move, and 11 steps down Clock Display
Hope you find it

Hi PhoebeAnnabel
Yes Fitbit is very disappointing. Looks like they just ignore problems and try to force us to buy a new Fitbit.
Well my next Fitbit will definetly not be a Fitbit.
I have even created new account, installed fitbit on a different phone, synced from different country/network,
but still no clock faces shown in the app.
This is not a problem with your or anyone elses phone or account.
This is a Fitbit server issue, and they dont seem to monitor for serverproblems and reported problem
dont seem to be forwarded from first level support.
Next thing you will see is that battery only last for one day or maybe down to a few hours.
This is not a battery isue.
I bought and replaced battery no one but 2 times, and still just get 12 hours of runtime.
Wasted a lot of time and money.
Completely useless.
As you, my charge 2 also was unused for a few years. When I then started to use it, it was fine for a few weeks,
but then battery life goes down from 5 days to 5 hours. This happens within a few days.
I think there has been a new firmware pushed to the charge 2, and that the new firmware drain the battery super fast.
My charge 2 firmware in now version 22.58.0, and it is not possible to step back to a better version.
Well again my next Fitbit will definetly not be a Fitbit.
By the way. 24 hour mode can be set from a browser on your accont page om fitbit.com
1) Go to fitbit.com and login to your dashboard.
2) Click the settings icon (gear) in the upper right corner
3) On "Personal Info" page your find "Clock Display Time"
4) Dont forget to hit Submit at the bottum og the page.
5) Finally resync your device from Fitbit app
