please try these steps: 

1. Confirm that your tracker has a full battery
2. Confirm that you are syncing your tracker everyday.
3. Try to set up your tracker again as a replacement device

 

Please note that this is a temporary workaround and the issue may occur again. Our engineers are working on a resolution and hope to have this available soon.Robot Happy
