Charge HR keeps losing steps

I recently upgraded to the Charge HR from the One. I'm having issues with my fit bit actually losing steps on me. I'll be walking, I'll check my Charge and phone both, they both say 5500. Great. I check it again two minutes later, it shows 5300. So not only did I go backwards 200, I'm not getting credit for the steps over the past few minutes. This has been happening a lot, daily even. I've watched it happen dozens of times. Anyone have any idea what's going on? Had my One for two years, never had a problem

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @janetsnakehole! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with this, by any chance have you been manually logging your activities? Note that when you manually log an activity, its step and calorie data override the data automatically detected by your tracker during the same time period. This ensures that your steps are not counted twice as long as the manually logged activity has the correct start time and duration.

I also recommend you doing the restart 2 or 3 times in a row and in your personal info you can adjust the stride lenght this will help your tracker to be more accurate.
