Hi all,
We have our closed group.
One of our friend was removed by mistake.
I'm the administrator of group, I tried to resend invite ,but near his name is showing already invited.
I restart app, cleaned browser data, unfriend and friend him back, is not blocked user in my list.
Can you please advise what else we could do ?

Hello @MayaS this sounds like you might be asking about the community in the Fitbit app or on the Web. I'm not sure which community is being referred to, and I probably will not be able to help other than to move the post to a more relevant board. It doesn't seem to have anything to do with your versa.

In this case, I'd like to ask you to have another member of the group try to invite that same friend. That should let the invite go through correctly.

We have now a 2nd administrator of our group
She tried adding the same friend , but is showing same thing for 2nd administrator
" Friend invited".
We deleted intentionally another 2nd friend and is showing the same thing.
" invited" .No possibility to add again to our group.

In this case I'd like to ask you to try the following:
There is a chance that these two could help so that the invite goes through in case it is related to something not being stored correctly on the apps.

I did below 2 steps . Still shows as our friend was invited.
Another administrator tried the same thing on our group and no success.

I apologize for the delay in my response. Thanks for your reply and for sharing those details on the situation.
A new version of the app will be released soon, version 2.95. My recommendation in this case would be that we wait for the update to be available and update the app as soon as possible. After the update, try to add that user to the group once more and let me know how it goes.
I will be sure to post in here as soon as the new update is released.
