So I was finally able to install the new SpO2 Signature app on my Versa 2 unfortunately now my device and the fitbit app apparently aren't communicating well with each other. The new app intermittently syncs with the fitbit app to update sleep times, sleep scores, and the O2% that its supposed to update.
Do the developers of these special apps ever troubleshoot before the roll them out for the consumers?
