Community feed notifications not loading

When checking the community updates in the app, the screens stays white and error message is unable to load notifications.

 

Logout and in

Clear cache

Updated app

Removed and reinstalled

 

Hope someone can help.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Some of the below steps were tried but the actual order is really important, please try them out and let me know how it goes:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

I have the same issue as RTiesters and following the instructions you provided did not resolve the issue.
