How to track EOV with Versa 2?

I kept hearing about 02sensor.But not seeing it on the app. So do you have it? Despite asking were it was at on fitbit commuity someone told me. But mine is not their. So how many do you have oxygen stats. I pay premiums also if that maters.

Plus any idea how to get your raw data heart rate. I tryed sycn with cardiogram app but mine wont sync the info despite says i was loged in with fitbit on the cardiogram ap.

I am useing fitbit updated verison ( i just double checked google play store again to make sure  it says it is updated. It is version

35.70.21 if that helps. 

I am useing phone wise a lg

stylo 5( tryed on my older phone also as i just got my stylo few weeks ago. So i thought it would be atleast worth a try. To update the app on my lg rebel 4 even. And got nothing.

When i was reading info you shared in  link. It talked about red light sensor. Am i spouse br able vissualy see it light up at times. Like the green sensor light that is on for your heart rate? 

Because the red light i never see come on.  

What would be cause that light sensor would not be comeing on?
