I have received a privacy reminder on my Samsung s7edge phone but the agree button is not highlighted so I can't get past it. I have reinstalled the fitbit app. I have Bluetooth on. Rebooted my phone but nothing is working.
Any ideas anyone?

Hello there @Leiperc100, good to see you one more time in the Fitbit Community! I saw you are seeing a privacy reminder, which despite trying different solution you are not able to accept to past it. Would you mind to share a screenshot of this message you are seeing? This will give me more context to give you a solution. If you need help uploading a screenshot, this post will serve as a reference.
In the meantime perhaps this will give you a help: log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.
I'll be looking forward to your response. See you soon!

I gave the same issue. Got it button is greyed out ad the screen disappears very quickly. I tried your solution with deleting cache en force stop app, but no result unfortunately

I saw in another topic that you can also accept the terms online. I did that, but still get the message in the app....

Hello,
unfortunately I have the same problem. I've tried your solution, and also the same trick with another mobile. Doesn't work. I accepted the terms on webpage also - doesn't help. Button is still grey and screen disappearing very quickly.
It was OK during first month but then... This thing makes me unhappy user right now.

Please tell the developer this bug is cause because the app expects users to scroll to the bottom of the terms screen. I had this problem because my resolution is high enough that the entire terms screen is shown, therefor you can not scroll, therefor the agree button never becomes active.
I worked around the issue by decreasing the screen resolution on the phone (under power saving features). This then allowed me to scroll down and enable the button. Fitbit, buy your testers some better phones please.
