So I got my Alta HR yesterday and practically gave up trying to connect to my Huawei Gr5 2017. I'm wondering when will Fit Bit be compatible with the phone? I understand if it takes quite a while to make it compatible with each phone but I'm curious to why can the app not be compatible to all(or most) much like other apps, unless there's something special about the app that makes it crucial to have to code compatibility for each phone.

I have the same issue with the same phone and I was all excited to get started today...  Big disappointment 😞

Maybe you could temporarily connect it to a family's phone in the meantime or to a computer that supports Bluetooth 4.0/Bluetooth LE?
