Hi there @vvkarora, let me give you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! Unfortunately the Fitbit is not optimized to sync with the One Plus 2, since this mobile phone has not been listed as compatible in our list of compatible devices yet.
It would not hurt to give it a try to our troubleshooting steps if the issue persist: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
Our team is always working to test and add more Android devices to the supported devices list, so keep an eye open for updates!
See you later and for other questions stay tuned to our great Community!

Hi there @AnickL, good to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! Happy to hear you have a new phone, I've been struggling to choose a new phone to replace my current one.
The important thing when you change phone is to make sure is listed in our list of compatible devices. Even if is not listed does not mean it won't work, the only difference is we cannot guarantee the behavior of some features or functionality will be as is expected.
If your new phone is unable to connect with your tracker, it would not hurt to try the steps from this post: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).
See you later and hope this helps.
