Android - APP Fit Notifications

HI guys

Not sure if i are allowed to share this, but this is awesome. Fit notifications is an app that runs alongside the Fitbit app, only for Android now, it allows you to send almost any notification to your Fitbit.

Its developed by Smart Dinosaurs Entertainment..

I have a Alta, i send weather, mail, calender, DI FM radio strings and Android Store Updates everything to my Alta.

Is there an equivalent iPhone app to this? I can't seem to be able to find anything similar, and frankly it was godsend on my galaxy S5 (sadly now retired as it was on its last legs - now using an iPhone 6s).

The developer only seems to do stuff for Android sadly...

Hi there @Maxxxer, let me give you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! I'm not aware there is an app similar to Fit Notifications since these are third party apps not officially supported by Fitbit and hence either if there is one for iOS, depending of the tracker you have it may not be supported as a feature.

Only the Fitbit Blaze and our new Ionic are able to received notifications from other messaging services in iOS. The development of new features are planned for all the different platforms, but in some scenarios is not possible to extend this features equally due to the OS platform in relation to the trackers functionality.
