I'm sick and tired of this USELESS app not being able to sync and the only way to get it to sync is to log out, hard reboot and log back in

 

How about hiring someone that can make a app that works

And that's why Fitbit has been circling the financial drain.....no matter how flashy and filled with bells and whistles you make a device, or how much people like your app, if the trackers won't sync the rest doesn't matter. 

 

People will buy a product that works, and if that isn't Fitbit oh well :-[

 

Fitbit needs to focus on this syncing issue like their life depends on it.... because it does.
