Welcome on board @Mgiaag, it's nice to see you around here! I'm afraid to say that the Moto G6 is not yet a compatible device.
Note that the devices on this article have been confirmed as fully compatible with all features of Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app. While a phone or tablet may not be verified as fully compatible, the Fitbit app may still work with your device.
Our team routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app, and are constantly working to confirm compatibility with new phone models. Be sure to verify that your phone meets the minimum operating system requirements. Note that the majority of Android phones running version 4.4 or higher will work with our products.
If your phone supports Bluetooth 4.0, I'd recommend giving the setup flow a try to see if you can successfully connect your tracker.
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
I've moved your post to the Android App as there are more chances to get related replies here.
Let me know if there's anything else I may assist you with.

Hello @Joe002, thanks for jumping in here! I'm happy to hear that your Moto G6 is working fine with Charge 3.
As mentioned above, while a phone or tablet may not be verified as fully compatible, the Fitbit app may still work with your Fitbit. You can always take a look at the following help articles: How do Fitbit devices sync their data? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
I'll be around if you need further assistance!

Any idea if (when/whether) Moto g6 might be tested further to determine compatibility with Charge 2? I have had no issue with my Fitbit, and really didn't want to upgrade just yet. It's just recently that my app started failing to recognize it.
Best AnswerAround the end of April, the Fitbit app on my Moto g6 stopped working. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it many times, but Everytime I try and open it, it just shuts down. It gives me an error message, but it doesn't stay on the screen long enough to read it. A friend has a Moto g6 and is not having any problems with the Fitbit app. Any suggestions on how I can get it to work on my Moto g6?
Best AnswerIt is working on my moto g6. I have a Versa if that matters. What version of Andriod are you running? Did you recently upgrade to 9.0? I'm running Andriod 8.0.
Also, I've heard of people emptying the cache and data through the system apps menu to get rid of presets, etc. before uninstalling it. You might restart or reset your fitbit too.
Good luck!
Resetting the device worked, and I'm now able to pair and sync my Charge 3 - thank you!
