Hi there @Mychell63, let me give you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community first, nice to have you here!

I was looking your phone in our list of compatible devices, but at the moment is not listed. The difference with non-compatible devices is might be able to work as a compatible device but we cannot guarantee all the features or functionalities of the tracker will work as is expected.

To give you an example, I've been an avid user of Xperia phones, which coincidentally  all the phones I have owned are not listed as compatible, however I was able to sync despite of this. It was until the release of the Fitbit Ionic I had to switch to a computer to sync, since many features were not working as It is expected. The reason of this is because the app is not optimized to be compatible with the updates and functionality of my phone.

Sharing my own experience hope it gives you more details about compatible and non-compatible phones and the importance of this. Setting up and syncing via a device listed as supported or using a computer can be an alternative. rest assure our team is always working to test and add more Android devices to the supported devices list, so keep an eye open for future updates!

See you around and stay tuned for more help.
