After struggling every morning to sync my versa with my phone, I read that the galaxy A50 is not supported. Is this being resolved?  Otherwise I will return the versa immediately and get another product.

Hi @Nodders351. Welcome to the Community.

Thanks for letting me know about your Versa, as well for your research. As you may know the Fitbit app hasn't been optimized to work with the Samsung Galaxy A50 and for this reason we cannot guarantee that all the features, such as syncing will always work. Our team is working hard to add more devices to our compatible devices list based on the requirements of each model and OS to ensure a full functionally when connecting a Fitbit with the Fitbit app.

I took the liberty to search in our Feature Suggestions board and I found this request posted by another member. Please check that idea, vote for it and leave your comment to show your support. The more votes an idea receives, the better chance it has of getting the attention of the developers.

I'll be around if you need anything else.

Hi @Nodders351. Thanks for getting back and I'm sorry for the delay.

I appreciate your efforts while trying to get your Versa syncing with your phone. I totally understand how you're feeling about the Fitbit app not being compatible with the Samsung Galaxy A50 and appreciate your feedback. As mentioned above, our team works hard to add more devices to our official list so everyone can enjoy the features included in their Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app. Every feedback posted in the forums helps us to enhance the Fitbit experience, so be sure that your comments haven't gone unnoticed. You're always welcome back to the Fitbit family.

I'll be around if you have any other question.
