My fitbit charge 3 bluetooth is not searchable in my huawei nova 2 phone. If my phone is not supported in the list of fitbit supported mobile phones, does it mean I cannot pair the 2 devices? Thanks for your response

Hi @rom5487. It's great to have you on board!

Thanks for letting me know that you have the Charge 3, as well for the issues that you're having when syncing. Currently your Huawei Nova 2 phone isn't a supported device, meaning that the Fitbit app hasn't been fully optimized for your model. While it may not always work, there are some steps that we can try to connect your devices:

  1. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that aren't in use.
  2. Make sure the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
  3. On your phone's settings tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Force stop.
  4. Reboot your phone and restart your Charge 3.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap the profile's icon > setup a new device.
  6. Choose the Charge 3 and follow the onscreen instructions.

Let me know how it goes! 😉
