My fitbit charge 3 bluetooth is not searchable in my huawei nova 2 phone. If my phone is not supported in the list of fitbit supported mobile phones,does it mean I cannot pair the 2 devices? Thanks for your response

Currently your Huawei Nova 2 phone isn't a supported device, meaning that the Fitbit app hasn't been fully optimized for your model.
