Please would somebody be able to help me. I am upgrading my phone to either the Huawei p30 pro or the S10. However, reading online I see that these are not compatible phones! I have the Alta HR...Has anyone managed to successfully use their fitbit with either of these phones? It is so frustrating to pay as much as you do for the fitbit to then upgrade your phone but then lose the use of your watch!!! I am leaning more towards the Huawei p30 but want to know when or if this has been resolved yet. Thank you

Hi @AmyOlive. Welcome to the Community Forums.
It's great that you have the Alta HR, and let me help you with your question. As you may know, the Huawei P30 Pro and Samsung S10 aren't yet supported devices, which means that the Fitbit app hasn't been fully optimized to work with those phones. As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a chance that they may work to sync and receive notifications on your device, but there isn't a guarantee. Our team will continue working to add as many devices as they can, and if possible, you can try syncing with a computer using Bluetooth connection.
If you have another question, feel free to let me know.
